Never got the order, still waiting two months. Contacted seller, keep getting message that they are out getting new stock. For two months? Will not use this seller again.

Poop customer service. Never received my purchase.

Never received, had to contact etsy.

Can’t even give a proper review because I never received these items. They dispatched late to begin with but three months later, they still have yet to arrive. The shop owner will not return my messages, and it’s been incredibly frustrating trying to sort the situation out. I never leave bad reviews and I sincerely don’t want to, but I feel like I have left with little choice.

Shipped fast, it's a beautiful scrying obsidian. I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure I will enjoy it! Recommend!

I ordered this on December 31st and sadly it has not arrived yet. I sent a message 5 days ago and did not even get a reply. You have lovely items in your shop but you might want to work on your customer service skills and at least respond to your messages!

Amazing crystals!! Even better than I expected!

First off I will say my interaction with the seller was nothing but pleasant, but my pieces took almost a month to arrive and when they did they were dull gray and unpolished, nothing like the photos. The seller got back to me very quickly, refunded me, and told me to keep the pieces for my trouble, however I’m still out the stones I need for a custom project.
